Our kitchen keeps it simple and does it well. Days start with a proper breakfast on the patio and roll on through long lunches and slow dinners — the salads, burgers and toasted sandwiches guests keep writing home about, grilled seafood straight off the barbecue, and desserts worth staying up for.

When the sun drops, the bar comes into its own. Cold drinks, a good playlist, and a table with your toes in the sand.
